One Mad Mom’s Plan for World Peace

I’ve been putting this off because it’s always a combox headache topic, but here we go. I’m not debating if the consecration to Russia has been done or not. I’m also not here to claim St. Lucia was replaced with a doppelganger. The fact is that regimes and generations change and clearly there are countries at war right now.

When the Russia/Ukraine conflict started, I looked into how many countries there are in the world. Being a product of Catholic education in California, I thought close to a thousand. Darn it! There’s only 206 IF you count the sovereign states, maybe a few more if you count the “I’m a country!” but not really places. So lates say a whopping 210!

Guess what?! To overcome those pesky regime/generational turnovers, the Holy Father could just announce he’s going to consecrate one country a day (I don’t care if they’re Muslim, Buddhist, pagan, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.). It’s not like they don’t need it. I mean, heck, the U.S. could totally use it. The Catholic Church should just be doing them all come HELL or high water. No offense to anyone, but we’re Catholic. We can just do one a day and repeat at the beginning of the New Year with whoever is close to killing people in an offensive or defensive state. Forget the stinking diplomacy faux pas. If the Holy Father is consecrating everyone, every year, what is the problem? And if the Russian Orthodox don’t like it, oh well. It would also eliminate the endless whining on the subject. The Ukrainian bishops get it and so do I. Things are bad between Russia and whomever. Deal with the world at hand. So how about it Pope Francis? Pop out of bed and start the day off with an easy-peasy one country a day consecration to the Immaculate Heart. Have your guys pop the country of the day’s consecration up on the Vatican site and you’re done. Why does this have to be so ridiculously hard? Yeah, yeah, I know. Satan.

Like this plan? Make it go viral. Don’t like this plan? I’d love to hear why that would be. If you are a Martin-esque Jesuit, you need not respond. I already understand your issues.

    1. Was she born with an immaculate heart, or did she receive an immaculate heart later in life? Luke 1:47. My understanding is that we were all born in Adam, save Christ. Mary said she rejoiced in her Savior – from what was she saved?

      1. Mary IS THE Immaculate Conception- her heart and soul were perfect from her conception- not sometime during her life. As for the Protestant idea that “since she said savior, she needed to be saved” – Mary, being our mother and mother to all sinners, rejoiced for her children, rejoiced in God’s redemption plan, Rejoiced in the ultimate defeat of evil- Jesus is savior of ALL creation!

      2. Mary was born with out original sin. If this is a discussion on Russia, why does US have 13 Biolabs in Ukraine near Putin’s Border? Why did Zellinski help Biden steal Last election? Why are 4 Democrat’s sons stealing Billions of money laundering funds daily? Why has Zellinski imprisoned the guy he ran against? Why are all 3 networks shut down? Ukraine is not Democratic and Our VP has been talking about Ukraine joining NATO! Biden is corrupt! They have child trafficking!

        1. It’s not supposed to be a discussion on Russia. It was a post on consecrating all the countries/sovereign states of the world one at a time once a year.

  1. To be honest about this whole mess is that I no longer know who or what to believe. Yeah I know. Russia invaded Ukraine and there is an extreme amount of suffering from it especially from the innocent. I deplore that, but knowing that the Bidens made millions from the corruption of Ukrainian officials and now that Biden is all in in defending his golden goose leaves me with a bad ‘get the jab! it’s your duty as a citizen’ in my mouth.

It is high time the Pope and the bishops step into this arena and lead the fasting, prayers and alms giving as well as the consecration of Russia as you said. That is the first thing that should have been done when this war began.

I do not believe the Biden administration especially after the lies about the vaccines and masks and the mandates, or Russian AND Ukrainian propaganda, the media lies and the talking heads going all in doing everything they can to prop up Zelensky as the greatest hero of our time. Any time Biden, the media and the talking heads support something, I take another look. This is what they get for handing us a ton of crap in the one year of his presidency: absolute distrust.

    1. As for the consecration of Russia, there is no doubt–it is well documented in writing–that Sister Lucia insisted the consecration had indeed been done in the early 1980’s as Our Lady had requested, and that the conversion would now follow. Within a few years, the Eastern Bloc nations fell away from the Soviet Union and within a few years after that, the USSR itself dissolved and it appeared that Mother Russia had changed its ways for good. But then a few years later, Putin came along and here we are, saddled with a meaner, more dangerous version of the Soviet Union than before. If anyone can reconcile today’s situation with Sister’s Lucia’s statements about Our Lady’s promises and Lucia’s declaration that the required conditions had finally been met, it’s not me.

It’s useless to say that the consecration should be done now. Sister Lucia assured everyone repeatedly, in person and in writing, that it had indeed been done, and if she were wrong about that, how much else was she wrong about? Could it be that she was wrong about Our Lady promising to convert Russia in the first place? If she was wrong about the acceptance of the 1984 consecration by heaven, then what assurance can we possibly have that there ever was such an offer by Our Lady to begin with?

The only thing I could suggest right now is that we withhold judgment until the final outcome of this invasion. It could be that things will work out in an unexpectedly good way which will vindicate Sister Lucia’s words once and for all. But if even that fails, then the ultimate fallback is the teaching that no promise of infallibility attaches to any private revelation, no matter how high the regard in which it is held.

      1. As i said, new regimes and new generations do not make a consecration useless. There’s literally no teaching that says that it can’t be an annual event.

      2. Um, well… that was Sister Lucy II speaking. The consecration is to be done ON MARY’S TERMS, period: Pope and all the bishops of the world, concurrently, period. Fat chance, now, with the current Vatican “administration” and its bishops.

        1. @Etunamsanctam Exactly what you said. Sister Lucy II. I think that God is going to set things straight and very soon since confusion and deception abounds. Jesus Mercy.

        2. Who should have known Mary’s terms better than Sister Lucia? Your or I? And what made Sister Lucia so sure that Mary had accepted the consecration?

    2. Bergoglio is an employee of the same satanic bosses as Biden, Pelosi, Clinton, Obama, Zelensky, Soros, and Schwab. And he can’t do the Consecration because he is not pope. And the real Sr. Lucy was disappeared (probably murdered) in 1958-9.

  2. Sister Lucia’s confirmation of the consecration was typed – but she did not know how to type or use a keyboard – there is no “hand written note” to verify it was her. Putin (it is said) asked Pope Francis about consecrating Russia when they had a meeting- it is said that Pope Francis would not even talk about the subject.
John Paul wanted to say “Russia” but was strong armed to say “The entire world” instead- for political reasons. Mary have a specific time for the 3rd secret to be revealed but – a pope decided not to (because he knew better).Did Mary come to Fatima on her own? Did she just invent this consecration? Has she ever done anything outside of The Divine Will of God? The Popes and Magisterium of the Church are not disobeying Mary, they are going against God. I believe the current soul occupying the seat of Peter also “knows better” than God. I also question whether he could “consecrate” a bird bath, let alone a country. The consecration will be done, but it will be “late”. Maybe your appeal needs to be to Pope Benedict instead?

  3. Pope Francis, accepted by practicing Catholics as the leader of the Catholic Church, and guided by the Holy Spirit, has asked us to pray for peace. And that’s what we need to do..

  4. This is actually the combox nightmare I was talking about. MANY are missing the point HUGELY. None of that matters. What matters now is what happens going forward.

  6. We certainly living in interesting times. I don’t pretend to understand it, but things are getting weird. I wouldn’t have predicted or believe that Pope Francis would participate in a Fatima-related consecration of Russia, but apparently he’s really doing it on March 25. What is utterly mind-blowing to me is there’s audio interview on youtube from 1996 in which Fr. Malachi Martin, who allegedly had seen the complete Fatima secrets, repeatedly mentions “Kiev” in connection to the consecration. He says that he doesn’t understand why God wants it that way, but He does. So March 25 approaches… the date on which Frodo destroyed the ring. Stay tuned…

  7. Well this was enjoyable as usual. It reminds me of reading the book of Revelation. So many directions that can go. Truth is so elusive. So we pray. We try to do what we can to help, and hope our prayers help God’s purpose in all this.

  8. OMM I agree with your proposal! The way the world is spiraling down into darkness, offering prayers of consecration for every country could only be a benefit. The world has lost so many prayers with the shrinking of contemplative religious orders who dedicated their lives to prayer! We need more prayers being offered!

I am tired of all the recent complaining about “this” or “that” problem with a new consecration. Like “which” pope should do it. And not Ukraine in addition to Russia (when Ukraine was once part of Russia, sheesh!). Consecrate them all!

I see what you mean about combox headache topic. But still glad you went there.

  10. This is a splendid idea! Especially for the Americas (and by that I mean all countries in North and South America, from the North Pole in Canada to the southern tip of Argentina). Our Lady is our patron saint, whether it is Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico, Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in the USA, or in her other titles in other countries.
